Welding
Welding
At Delberg we specialise in coded TIG welding for pressure and vacuum applications in carbon, stainless steel, aluminium and copper. We have 10-12 welding bays covering 500m² to ensure that we meet delivery deadlines.

With coded MIG welding we focus on thin walled tube to light structural welding.
Tube Bending
Tube Bending
Bending is the main artery of the business and covers 800m² floor space. Delberg Engineering has six bending machines (mandrel, NC & CNC) and can bend material with diameters ranging from 6mm to 127mm. We can work with thin wall tube to thick walled schedule pipe and can bend various square profiles.
Grab Rails
Grab Rails
Various types of Grab rails and hand rails are made by us to customer specification. This would include items for:

  • Busses
  • Trains
  • Stairwells
  • Frail care
  • Safety rails
  • Domestic use
  • Swimming pools

Materials used include all stainless grades, aluminium and carbon steel.
Elbow Bending
Elbow Bending
The Elbow manufacturing station covers 300m². Delberg Engineering specialises in short and long radius elbows in monel and stainless steel. We can bend from ¾” scheduled pipe to 3” scheduled pipe. The elbows are cut and formed in house with ends machined to length including welding preparation.
Rolling
Rolling
Our rolling division cover 100m² and consists of 2 machines:

  • NC rolling
  • Diameter 12,7 to 76 round
  • Square + rectangle ranging from 15 – 76
Manufacturing

Products manufactured by Delberg include the following:

  • Cooling coils for the smelter industryShort/long radius elbows
  • Heating/cooling coils for electrolytic application.
  • Exhaust systems for military application.
  • Locomotive components & pipe assembly units.
  • Special structures, as per the client specification, like vehicle protective space frames, staircases and decorative structures are also developed.
